How I’m dealing with COVID-19

I have Remained calm through this pandemic. I should say I never reacted to it. I have remembered that our God is a refuge and our strength, Psalm 46; 1, States that he is a a very present in trouble. I did not go to the stores and panic buy as everyone else did. I have reached for information from different sources not the media. I do not let anyone turn me to fear over this. I have stayed close the the Lord through all of this. I pray Psalm 91 over me and my Family and Friends everyday. I know this too shall pass. Yes, I know it will be hard but, I have been through trials before., and I have come out stronger, wiser and happier. There is always someone more powerful than me watch out for myself, and my family and friends. I trust that something good will come out of this. We will be restored for a better purpose.

Random Thoughts

Spirituality does not come from religion it comes from your soul. We must stop confusing religion and spirituality. Religion is a set of rules, regulations, And rituals created by humans which are supposed to help people spiritually. Do you to human and imperfection. Religion has become corrupt, corrupt, political divisive and a tool for power struggle. Spiritually is not theology or ideology. It is simply a way of life. Pure and Original as give the most high the universe and each other.

Don’t Quit

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will; as they sometimes will; when the road you’re trudging seems up hill; when funds are low and debts are high, and you want to smile but you have to sigh; when all is pressing you down a bit; Rest if you want but don’t you quit. Success is failure turned inside out.

Journaling

I have found that writing your thoughts down has helped me heal a great deal. Even if you write your thoughts and feelings and tear the paper up it is therapeutic. It gets all those thoughts out of your mind. Somethings I know you don’t want to share with other people. Those thoughts and feelings have to get out of your mind. Let go of them so can start healing.

Growing Everyday

Don’t allow others to make your path for you. It is your road and yours alone, others may walk it with you. Accept yourself and your own actions. Own your thoughts, speak up when wrong and apologize. Know your path at all times, to do this you must know yourself inside and outside. Accept your gifts as well as your shortcomings and grow with honesty, integrity, compassion, faith, and sisterhood or brotherhood.
