And am I asking for that same grace to save me from myself.

We must 1st deal with sin in our own life’s to operate on the level of faith needed for the battles that are before us.

The Lord shall judge the people; judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me. Psalm 7:8

God needs us to pray that He will stop evil in the world. We need God to stop evil in our nation.

Our prayer to stop sin in our own lives opens our hearts to God’s Grace to pray for our nation.

Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, but establish the just; For the righteous God, cash tests hearts and minds. My defense is of God, Who saves the upright in heart. God is a just judge, and God is angry with the wicked every day. Psalm 7:9-11

God test us to keep our hearts and minds pure before Him, So He can keep us in His blessing and protection.

We must not pray for deliverance alone. But consider the test and welcome the refining work of the Holy Spirit.

I will praise the Lord, according to his righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of the Lord most high. Psalm 7:17
