What You Need To Remember When Satan Attacks

Where you think God and Satan are real or not. There is no denying there is a direct line between good and evil. It seems like that becoming more clear in the world today more than ever,

We have a real enemy whose aim is to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:19). As soon as we were born Satan began his attacks. He loves to whisper lies and looks for opportunities to deceive us (John 8:44).

If you read the Holy Bible, then you know Jesus paid for our lives at the Cross, and defeated the enemy. But, Satan still can work in the world. Satan won’t be able to attack us forever,so he’s making the most of the time he has (Revelation 12:12). We can see more than ever the Satan “is filled with fury,” because he knows his time is short,

If we put our trust in Jesus we will receive the power to overcome Satan’s attacks. It is will God’s help we can get strength to fight him. We have to “fight the good fight,” until Jesus returns, but in the meantime we have to worship our way to victory. We have to love, and pray that others will except God as Lord and Savior.

In not one to go around preaching to others. My motto is “Love God, Love Others.” If people see how I live they can ask me how I’m so at peace in this chaotic world.

When we follow Jesus and do what He says, then no attack from Satan can knock us off our feet. And when we put our trust in Jesus no attack from Satan can separate us from His love.

There’s a promise from Romans 8:38-39:

“Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Here’s some things to reflect on.

  • In what areas of your life are you most likely to be tempted by Satan?
  • When you are tempted, what are some ways that you can avoid giving in to Satan?
  • What steps are you currently taking to grow closer to Jesus?
