What’s your favorite recipe?
Pork Chili
2 lbs Pork Roast or Loin
1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped fine)
4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
5-6 Fire Roasted Hatch Chilies (cut in pieces)
1 Bottle Green Salsa
4 oz Green Chilies (canned)
1 Tomatillo
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Oregano
Olive oil (enough to grease the crock pot)
2-4 tbsp Flour
You can sear the pork in a pan to brown but I don’t.
Grease your crock pot
1 Cup of Water or Beef Broth
Add all ingredients and mix it well. cook or 4-6 hours. Until the pork is tender. Take some of the juice out of the crock pot. Mix it well with flour.
Serve with Mexican rice and refried beans. Jalapeños optional.
