As in affective leader, you will have to make quality, tough decisions during your day. Be quick on your feet, with the ability to make decisions during stressful times this makes or breaks someone a good decision maker, who stands behind her actions without hesitation, makes a great leader. Having critical leadership qualities will earn your trust and respect of those who depend on you to lead them efficiently.
Being A Good Communicator
A good leader has to be able to set clear expectations, and provide effective communication. Great leaders, not only give directions, but they also use active listening and communicating with their team. Effective leaders get their opinion on valuable ideas that can improve every organization. Without clear communication skills, this environment can quickly become unproductive and disorganized.
Good leaders inspire their team with their words. They take a genuine interest in people they work with, and the work they do finding ways to inspire the workforce and get people excited to work is a great value, these leadership qualities, resultant employees who feel valued and appreciated, and are more productive.

Talk to everyone. Good role models don’t spend all the time in their office, they talk to their employees at all levels of the company. Listen and learn from your team members and supervisors.
