What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
I have a few favorite forms of exercises that come to mind when I think of this. My number 1 favorite is swimming because it releases endorphins which gives off a sense of well-being and happiness. It also is a great stress reducer.
I used to go swimming every morning around 5:00 A.M. as soon as the pool opened I was there. But then Covid happened and the pools were closed down. But, after I recover from my knee replacement surgery. It’s back to swimming.
I also enjoy hiking, I used to take my dog, but she cannot go anymore because her old age has caught up to her. Basically anything that involves nature I enjoy doing as long as it’s not a team sport. Every team sport I have gotten involved in seems to turn into a drama class.
