Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

Thinking about the future is a good way to plan. Psychologists say that thinking about the future is good for your mental health because it can harvest motivation, and the expectation of what will happen in the future makes you more likely to succeed.

I lived in the past for too many years. But it’s important to know there is a difference between fantasizing about the future and thinking of the future..

An interesting fact: When you hold a goal in your mind of the future and energize it, visualize it. You are able to do better in having it become a reality.

Remarkably that part of the brain that you use to think of the future is the same part of the brain you use when playing a sport.
