What snack would you eat right now?

I would eat a Quest Protein Bar. It’s z fast easy snack that’s very low in sugar and only 140 calories. At 140-190 calories z bar and 20-21 grams of protein.

I began eating these when I had knee surgery. Protein helps repair damaged body tissues and form antibodies to help fight infection and produce collagen which is essential for scar formation.
