What activities do you lose yourself in?
In modern society, it’s easy to get burned out. The busy lifestyle we live is bound to stress us out. The cycle of responsibility and distracts isn’t is exhausting, it can be detrimental to our mental health,
Mental health breaks provide a sanctuary from the stimuli that exhaust us.
The activities that I lose myself in are reading, writing and music. Along with some meditation practices I’ve found that relaxes my soul when I get too overwhelmed.
