One Positive Change

Describe one positive change you have made in your life.

One positive change that has changed my life drastically was to change my perspective. I used a technique called “Cognitive reframing.” It is used to shift your mindset so you are able to look at a situation, person of relationship differently.

The essential idea behind reframing is that the frame through which a person views a situation determines their point of view. When the frame (perspective) is shifted, the meaning changes and thinking and behavior often change along with it.
