What food would you say is your specialty?
The first one is country smoked sausage and potatoes with a few teaks. First I use smoked Smoked Kalabasa cut into coins and well as the potatoes cut into coins. I add 8 oz of cut-up white mushrooms to this. As well as lots of cheese. In a casserole-type dish layer of potatoes then shredded cheese then sausage mixture and more cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.

My second one is my favorite for the holidays that are just around the corner. He would rather have a pumpkin cheesecake before a Birthday cake.
This one has a tweak to it to. Instead of the one container of cheesecake filling, I use regular cream cheese in the block and let get to room temperature.
