How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Excessive screen time can negatively affect our lives in various ways, including disrupted sleep, impacting mental health by increasing anxiety and depression, reducing social  interaction, hindering, cognitive ability, and children, and potentially contributing to obesity due to decrease physical activity.

We see every day what screen time does to our children, it is important to set limits on screen time and practice, mindfulness.  excessive screen time for babies and toddlers lead to shorter attention, spans and lowers empathy for others.

Using social media excessively impairs attention and cognitive function, and social interaction, which potentially leads to a distorted perception of the world and leads to struggle in real life situations.
