What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Swimming is a low impact exercise that helps reduce stress o our joints and bones, which makes it a good exercise for people with arthritis or injuries. It improves cardiovascular health by helping the heart muscle making it work harder to pump throughout your body.

Swimming helps improve flexibility by twisting, , pulling and stretching ,.

Swimming is my go to exercise. After doing it, I feel rejuvenated
