How do you plan your goals?

I do the a weekly goal plan. Called my one thing. It is a powerful way to stay focused and make progress without feeling overwhelmed.

It’s simply a structure of defining a goal for the week.

  1. Define one goal.

What is the single most important thing you want to accomplish this week?

An example of this would be: work out 4 times this week or declutter a room.

2. Why this goal?

Why is Thai goal important right now?

An example would be: I want to be healthier. To do that I need to work out more. Or I this room has been collecting junk and needs to be removed.

3 Key actions

What 3-5 specific action will get you to this goal?

Name the actions needed to make this goal happen.

4. Weekly schedule (when you do these actions?)

Monday: I will go to the gym at 5:00 AM

Tuesday: I will walk 1 mile:

Break down the week into daily goals.

At the end of the week ask yourself. Did I accomplish this goal. What worked well what didn’t? What for in the way?

This can be done on a 5 day or 7 day week.

This is the basic goal sheet I use.
