What’s the most fun way to exercise?

I have found hiking to be a fun way to exercise. It gives you something to look forward to when you reach your destination, and is an effective full-body workout that strengthens muscles, boosts cardiovascular health, and improves balance. It also has emotional benefits like stress relief, and provides mental sharpness.

If you love being in nature I think there is no better way to exercise.
