What Is A Basic Skill Most People Don’t Know How To Do

I think most people lack basic cooking skills. In America most people rely on restaurants or fast food rather than learning to cook anything from scratch. When I was in high school in the 80’s all the girls were required to take a “Home Economics” class where we were taught the basics of cooking and all the boys were required to take a “Shop” class that taught practical trade skillls, and managed dangerous machinery. I wish they would bring that back into our schools.
