What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
The strategies of maintaining good health and well-being are exercise, and eating well. I have to admit since my knee surgery I have failed on the exercise part due to complications. But I’m ready to start working towards my goals for this.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us that our bodies are not our own, by belong to God. That we are called to honor God by taking care of our bodies. Along with eating healthy and exercising, we should do everything we can to avoid harm to our bodies. We need to remember that joy and happiness are important for our physical and mental health as well.
