Self-Control

Self control is Strength, Calmness is mastery. You have to get to a point where your mood doesn’t shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. Don’t allow others to control the direction of your life. Don’t allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence.

Laziness

Steps to overcome laziness.

1- Make your goals manageable. Setting unrealistic goals and taking on too much can lead to feeling bummed out.

2- Don’t expect yourself to be perfect. 3- Use positive instead of negative self talk. 4- Create a plan of action. 5- Use your strengths. 6- Recognize your accomplishments along the way. 7- Ask for help, Big one if you get frustrated or stuck it’s okay to ask for help. 8- Avoid distraction. 9- Make tedious tasks fun, listen to music, or a podcast, I enjoy listening to Steve Harvey. 10- Reward yourself when you’ve finished the day, in a healthy way. Taking a long bubble bath, watch a show you’ve been wanting to see.

Being Paid Back

For the one doing wrong will be repaid for what they are doing wrong. Some call it Karma. I call it The Law of the Universe. What you do, how to act or treat other will come back to you. Good and bad.

Making through the Tough trials

Tough times are inevitable. And it’s during those tough times your mental strength will be tested. Staying tough through life’s toughest challenges. Accept reality acceptance doesn’t mean agreement. Behave productivity. Control your upsetting thoughts. Build mental strength before strong is the only choice you have. Staying Strong in the midst of hardship requires you to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Paying attention to all three areas will help you emerge from your struggles even stronger than before.

Gratitude and attitude are not challenges.

Gratitude and attitude are not challenges. They are choices. Picture a mountain. Each time it rains, the water finds crevices to flow down. When it rains again, it’s much easier for the rain to pool in those crevices and take the same path. This is how your brain works. When you receive a stimulus (the rain) your mind reacts in the most efficient way as possible, which is usually how you’ve acted before. Your thoughts take the same path, over and over again.

Here’s the problem. All of us have default patterns we received from our upbringing and our environment. One of the most widespread human reactions to any stimulus is negativity. Negativity is easy. And negatively is very very dangerous. Being constistenty negative can have a (surprise) negative effect on your health, sociability, problem solving capability and relations. Let start carving a new path of positivty each time it rains.
