Encouragement

Charlie Chaplin lived 88 years. He left us 4 statements:

1- Nothing is forever in this world, even our problems.

2- I love to walk in the rain because no one can see my tears.

3- The most lost day in life is the day we don’t laugh.

4- Six of the best doctors in the world:

  • Sun
  • Rest
  • Exercise
  • Diet
  • Self-respect
  • Friends

Keep them in all stages of your life and enjoy a healthy life:

If you see the moon, you will see the beauty of God…

If you see the sun, you will see the power of God.

If you see a mirror, you will see God’s best creation. So believe it.

We are all tourists, God is our travel agent who had already defined our route, bookings and directions… trust him and enjoy life.

Life is just a journey! So live today!

Tomorrow may not be.

Choosing Empathy

Empathy is the ability to recognize, understand, and share the thoughts and feelings of another person, animal or fictional character. Developing empathy is crucial for establishing relationships and behaving compassionately. It involves experiencing another person’s point of view, rather than just one’s own, and enables pro social, or helping behaviors that comes fromwithin, rather than being forced.

Some surveys indicate that empathy is on the decline in the United States findings that motivates parents, schools, and communities to support programs that help people of all ages enhance the maintain their ability to walk in each other’s shoes.

Empathy helps us cooperate with others, build friendships, make moral decisions, and intervene when we see others being bullied. Humans begin to show signs of empathy in infancy and the trait develops steadily through childhood and adolescence. Still most people are likely to feel greater empathy for people like themselves and may feel less empathy for outside of their family, community, ethnicity, or race.

Can you be too empathic, or not empathic enough?

People who regularly put the feelings and perspectives of others above their own may have feelings of emptiness or alienation and develop generalized anxiety or depression.

How do you know whether you’re a empathic person?

Empathy are often characterized as being highly sensitive and overly focused on the needs of others. They may benefit from time alone if they find it draining to be in the presence of other people. People who are very empathic are more likely to be targeted by manipulating individuals. For this reason, it’s important to create healthy boundaries in all relationships with energy vampires that are draining to empathy and non- empathy alike.

Intuition

Intuition is a form of knowledge that appears in consciousness without deliberation. It is not magical but rather a hunches that’s are generated by the unconscious mind rapidly shifting through past experience and cumulative knowledge.

Often referred to as “gut feelings,” intuition tends to arise holistically and quickly, without awareness of the underlying mental processing of information.

Psychology believe that intuition relies on powers of pattern-matching, as the mind combs experience stored in long term me for similar situations and presents in-the-moment judgements based on them. The automatic information processing that underlies intuition can be seen in the everyday phenomenon known as a “highway hypnosis,” which occurs when a driver travels for miles without conscious thought about the activity of driving the vehicle.

Intuition, like first impressions, serves the brain’s need to predict and prepare for what will happen next. First impressions are rapid, holistic assessments of people based on subtle perceptual cues and judgement of intent to help or harm. Both rely on automatic processes and as rapid evaluation systems, both are subject to error, especially from biases we hold.

When to Trust your Gut.

Our gut feelings are often correct, but we tend to attach a certainty to the that they are always merit. They do tend to be more accurate in some domains of experience that other, such as in the formation of first impressions. Intuition is often valuable in deception and other forms of danger, and in detecting sexual orientation.

Is intuition always right?

Experts find that no matter how right it feels, is most reliable in some areas of activity that others. For example, it can help you generate new ideas or new figures of speech, but don’t count on it for comprehending vocabulary, where reflective thinking better fits the task, or in judging candidates. Many situations actually utilize a combination of reflective deliberation and automatic intuition.

How do you Find the Magic in Our Mundane Life.

Open you don’t up to the possibility of Magic

Keep you mind open when it comes to looking for magic in your own life. Don’t rule out the fact that even the most mundane activity can be magical. That drive to work not leaving you feeling like there are great things in store for you. Switch up your route and pay attention to new things you see. Or offer to give someone else a ride and get a new perspective on your surroundings. Magic is all around you if you just open your eyes and look around.

Seek out magic in every situation.

So you’ve opened your eyes and been unable to see magic in your everyday surroundings? Don’t worry- this is more common than you think. Some of takes a new experience, etc to help us find the magic in our lives. Go somewhere new. Look around. Place close attention. And look for little thing. If you make the effort to find magic in the world, you will be certain to discover it.Have you ever wanted something from a place of business as simple as a shirt, a book, a piece of jewelry, when you were shopping one of those items you wanted was easily found. Or even found the exact thing you had pictured in you mind. That is the magic. Or just thought how am I going to pay my phone bill and right before your phone was going to be shut off. You received the funds to pay for it? That is magic.

Be grateful for small things, big things and everything in between. Count your blessings, not your problems.

Stay focused on the present moment.

One of the biggest reasons we don’t all see more magic in our lives is because we’re not present. I realized that, if someone asked me the color of the fence down you road from me. I wouldn’t have been able to answer that question. I sometimes get on ”auto-pilot mode.” We sometimes are so used to going the same route and in the same routine we do it automatically with seeing anything. This is when we miss the magic that is right in front of us. Be present if you want to be enchanted.

Use your imagination and creativity.

People who are unimaginative are never going to see the magic in a cup of tea or the changing of the leaves from green to yellow. And that’s okay. Some people don’t want to see the magic in life- but if you’re the type the needs a little sparkle in your life- you’ve got to open mind up to more a creative way of viewing your world. Is there magic in a friends laughter? Do they make to happy? That’s magic. Is there magic in a rain-soaked morning? Imagine how the grass in going to get greener or the beautiful flowers that are going to grow. This is magic. But you must be willing to create and imagine it.

See life from a new perspective.

You know how feel when you watch a movie or read a book filled with magic. Christmas movies are my favorite, there is so much magic in them I’m in awe at the type of things someone has come up with in their mind. Think about what it is like to describe things about our lives, cars, airplanes, satellites, the amazing things people accomplish— to someone not familiar with the world. Yes, it might be science and fact but through the eyes of someone else,it would seem like magic.

When you think about it, children see magic through they’re eyes. Children don’t know about elections and gravity why things fly. Yet the see a plane in the sky and amazed. They see leaves changing color and they are awed. They see snow for the first time and are in wonder. Even a song with a catchy tune and cannot help but sing along. It’s about being to open to enchanted, about willing to become surprised by our own mundane lives.

For some this is silly. You might say “I already know how gravity works, or why the leaves change colors in the fall, or even how a computer works. Seeing the magi. In these things is Stupid.” I get that, I see how silly it might sound- me a grown woman explaining, “Find the magic!” But, to be completely honest with you, I’ve found that I’m a lot more positive- and ever more present when I’m looking for the magic in my life. When I stare in amazement when I actually have a animal in my house- another species that I totally connect with, I feel excited about life. I feel like I cannot wait to see what else I’ll uncover in this crazy world it’s worth the silliness that comes with claiming that I’m striving, everyday to find the magic in the mundane.

Why You Shouldn’t Be Afraid to Walk The Right Path In Life.

Many times in your life you know what is the right thing to do, but for some reason you don’t do it.

We take wrong actions every day, and we make the wrong choices every day only to regret them later. Why is this?

That’s because the actions that we take aren’t the ones we really want to take. We do what we do only to please everyone else around you, even when know what your doing is wrong.

And you continue to do one wrong thing after another, only to look back and that you have walked to wrong path for your whole life.

Though this sounds sad, the good thing is once you realize your mistakes you can correct it by walking the right path for the rest of your life.

What is this right path made of? While it’s not possible to be sure about it. These area few things in general which make up the right path.

The right path is made up of nothing but right actions that you take every day. It means to live every minute in your life in sync with the welfare of being in this planet- be it human, a plant, or a animal. It means be compassionate to every being with whom you come in contact with.

It means to live a life with honesty and integrity all the time. It means to take care of your loved ones in health and sickness without complaining. It means do your duty that will benefit others, but never cause anyone any misery to anyone else.

The right path also means a lot for your personal development. It means to live your life in mindfulness.it means to discover your true self that is universal in life. It means to see and understand life for what it is. It means to think and act as in your state of consciousness and do things and do things that are universally right to do.

That’s how you walk the right path in life. If you are afraid to walk on it then you will never reach your ultimate goal in life, which is to be one with your true self.

The reason we don’t walk the right path is because you are afraid of something. What’s that something? Most of the time it’s so irrelevant that once you know what it is you will laugh at yourself for being afraid of it for such a long time.

Are you often afraid of what others will think of you? Will they think you are in the wrong, or will think you don’t know a thing about life? Will they think you are mean and selfish, or will they think you lost your mind.

There will be no end to what others will think of you walk if you walk down the right path in life. The only thing you can do to win them over is to ignore them, and let their words go away without affecting you in any way.

It is difficult to walk the right path in your life because you see everyone else take short cuts and walk the wrong path all the time. Ask yourself how common it is to see someone break the rules, or talk rudely, or at selfishly. What difficult is to be kind to every person, and follow the rules that meant for the good and welfare of everyone.

Yes, you will have to face trials on long your way, but without trials can anything be worth having ever be gained?

It can’t

If you look from a positive view, you’ll see the reason that the right path is so hard to walk because it’s rewards of walking this path are huge, and they can only be given to someone who deserves it more than anyone else. We you walk the right path, you feel compassionate, kind, happy, grateful, and peaceful. That’s something you can never feel if you walk the wrong path in life.

So don’t doubt anything today, and remove every thought and feeling that scares you. Make a firm decision to walk the right path in your life today.

Don’t do what others tell you to do. Do what is right and life will take you towards peace, contentment, and happiness; do the wrong things and it will take you towards misery, chaos, and unhappiness.

If you need to make any sacrifices to walk the right path, that’s the price to have to pay, but if your willing to pay to price, then what you get in return is more than you could ever sacrifice.

Your life can only improve and get better that what it’s ever been.

When you start walking the right path you will find others that are walking the same path as you you will be inspired to keep walking and get help on your path.

You Can Not Move On Until You Accept These These 5 Things.

You will not receive closure, in every situation, but you can create your own closure.

Most of what people do is about them, not you.

Somethings can not be explained.

Some people won’t apologize because they don’t know how.

You can not change other people no matter how much you think they need to change. When you meet someone know that’s who they are for life. Only they can change themselves.
